From Monday the 10th January 2011 The Strad Library will be unable to refund or replace any orders that have been made, if they have not been shipped via a tracked courier service or recorded delivery.
We highly recommend that you upgrade to this service, especially with those orders made outside of the UK or if your order is of high value, as it is the most reliable, safest and traceable method of delivery.
