We may need to order your product, especially for youThe Orpheus Music Shop is a unique online service that sources hard-to-obtain specialist music books and products from suppliers around the world. We can usually get our hands on even the most obscure item, but all we ask is that you bear with us whilst we are tracking it down. Higher-value and rarer books may require us to make a special order, which will increase delivery times. If your order contains a special order product or we know we’ll have to dig a little deeper to source the product for you, we promise we’ll let you know. After you have placed your order, a member of the ESCO team will contact you with an initial delivery estimate and will also update you on the progress of your order. Alternatively, if you see the ’Special Order’ symbol next to a product on the Orpheus Music Shop and want to know before you order how long you will need to wait to get it, you can contact ESCO on +44 (0)1371 851 800 or orpheus@esco.co.uk 2. The product(s) you have ordered is currently out of stock.We aim to keep the website, and the current stock levels and availability as up-to-date as possible. Where possible, it will be made clear on the site if a product is temporarily unavailable. Once you place an order on the Orpheus Music Shop and it has been confirmed, someone from the ESCO team will double check that your items are in stock. If any of the items are currently unavailable, you will be contacted by ESCO who will give you a revised estimated delivery time and you will be asked whether you are happy to wait until we can obtain the product(s) you have ordered. As a general rule of thumb, please allow up to 28 days for your order delivery if an item is out of stock.
